KARLYN ETHERIDGE

As a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning^® and Registered Principal with United Planners, Karlyn uses her estate planning and tax experience to assist individuals and families in building and preserving assets across multiple generations. She believes in delivering genuine personalized service that is the foundation of Decades Financial, LLC and has a true passion for working with clients and their other professional advisors to improve client's financial situation. Further, Karlyn uses her extensive experience in Compliance to help the Firm align its day-to-day operations with the industries regulatory expectations. 

Karlyn graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting. She earned her Series 7, Series 66, Series 53, Series 24 and insurance licenses, and the Certified Specialist in Estate Planning^® designation. Karlyn is also a member of the Wisconsin Institute of CPAs.  

Karlyn values opportunities to give back to the community by volunteering with various organizations, and enjoys spending time with her husband, Terry, and children, Talya and Tyler. Outside of the office, she and Terry raise purebred Belted Galloway cattle and are active in promoting the breed. In addition, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and motorcycling backroads.
